Front End / Mobile Software Engineer

Remote

Full-time

Build reliable workflows for teachers: from data capture, to insights mining and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, and other Engineers to deliver features and maintain availability.
  • Design and implement features through well-defined interfaces across multiple components and services.
  • Drive software engineering practices through code & design reviews.

Qualifications

  • Obtained or in the process of getting a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Proficiency in developing front-end applications based on provided UI/UX wireframes with component-based frameworks (specifically React), ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.
  • Alternative Skillset: proficiency in React Native
  • Bonus : strong ability to design and implement backend services following specified architectural principles and best practices.
  • Bonus: experience working with ML/DL models.

UI / UX / Product Designer

Remote

Full-time

Design simple, usable, elegant flows to empower teachers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers in a fast-moving, cross-functional startup environment.
  • Support end-to-end UX design, from problem framing and concept exploration to wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Explore and articulate multiple design directions (e.g., A/B variants), clearly explaining the UX rationale, assumptions, and trade-offs.
  • Ground design decisions in user needs, behavioral observations, and constraints, and iterate based on feedback and learnings.
  • Contribute to design systems and lightweight documentation to maintain clarity while moving quickly.

Qualifications

  • Design experience through internships, startups, or personal projects.
  • Strong UX thinking and communication skills, with the ability to explain why a design works, not just what it looks like.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
  • Solid foundation in user-centered design and usability principles.
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar tools.
  • Bonus: experience in EdTech or learning-focused products.

AI / ML Engineer

Remote

Full-time

Use modern ML techniques to turn messy classroom artifacts (photos, PDFs, handwriting, text) into structured insights teachers can trust.

Responsibilities

  • Prototype and productionize AI features across the full lifecycle: data → model/prompt → evaluation → deployment.
  • Design pipelines for document/image understanding, retrieval, and structured outputs that integrate cleanly with product.
  • Define metrics that match real classroom expectations.
  • Optimize latency, cost, and robustness (edge cases, noisy inputs, multilingual content) with strong observability and error handling.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and educators to scope work, iterate quickly, and communicate tradeoffs clearly.

Qualifications

  • Obtained or in the process of getting a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Strong Python skills and experience shipping production data systems.
  • Hands on ML experiences, e.g., prompt design, embeddings / RAG, structured output validation, evaluation design, MLOps.
  • Strong bonus: experience with multi modality and time series.

Customer Success Specialist

On Site (Thailand)

Full-time

Own school relationships from first demo to renewal: drive adoption, prove impact, and grow accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Run structured discovery sessions with school leaders and teachers, understand needs, constraints, and recommend the right rollout plan.
  • Deliver product demos, manage coordinate pilots, and support procurement conversations through to close.
  • Lead onboarding and training and ensure early measurable value.
  • Track and communicate product usage, risks and outcomes.
  • Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities (additional seats, schools, modules) with a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role with measurable targets.
  • Strong communication and presence, e.g., comfortable leading meetings, trainings, and negotiations.
  • Organized and data driven, e.g. comfortable using a CRM and keeping notes, comfortable recording and analyzing data to support decisions.
  • Based in Thailand and able to travel locally for school visits as needed.
  • Strong Bonus: experience selling to schools; Thai + English fluency.
